What data do we process while using our services?

We can take a look at the data we store, based on if you’re a registered user or an unregistered user.

Registered users.

On some of our sites we provide the opportunity to use our services as registered users. Sometimes that is a main part of our site, without which you can’t use the wanted service, and other times it is a complementary function that lets you comment, create a page and more. In our sites we do not collect information like names, addresses and phone numbers. The information that we may demand from you, to create a profile on any of our sites is: alias (used for entering to some of our services), email (used for entry for contact with you in case a problem occurrence – forgotten password or other.), password (used for entry and stored in encrypted form), IP address (used for improving the security of your account from mischievous access).

Unregistered users.

Many of our sites that are only informational or provide you access to variety of games or services that don’t need an account, do not collect any personal information about you. However, these sites may contain third-party services (such as ads, counters, and more), which collect information about your preferences (such as sites visited, interest in certain products and services, or other information with that you cannot be directly identified as a person).

Some of our sites may collect information from a third-party affiliate services. As an example:

  • If you use your Google or Facebook profile to sign in to one of our sites, we will receive the information we need to create your profile from the partner platform you have chosen.
  • If you use any of the sites we use to place our ads, they may share with us data related to the measurement of the success of the ad campaign.

How do we use the provided information

We use the provided information from you so that we can give as good as a service as possible. This is what we use your information for:

We can gather information for your activity, as well as allow third parties to use cookies or similar technologies. We use this information to improve the user experience, to analyze and show relevant to you adverts, and to measure their success.

How long do we keep your information?

We store the main information of your account, including e-mail, username and password, until the moment you ask us to delete it.

There may be legal grounds, based on which we keep your information and interrupt its deletion, if we receive a valid legal request to do so.

Right of objection.

You can at any time object against the processing of personal data, which are related to you, including if they are being processed for advertising, marketing means or profiling. For a part of your information we have given you the ability to delete it, if you wish for us to not store/use it anymore. For some types of information, you may discontinue use and collection on our part by discontinuing the use of the service. You can do these thing in our sites and applications. If you find other types of information you do not agree with please contact us. If you a citizen of a member state of the European Union you can file a complaint to the corresponding authorities, which are related to user rights.

Children.

Our services are not intended for people under the age of 13. We do not aim our services towards children younger than 13.
We do not gather personal information of anyone under the age of 13. We can limit a part of the collected, used and stored information for European users between the ages of 13 and 16. If we are forced to seek you consent, for legal matters, and your country demands the approval of a parent, we might ask for such consent, before the gathering and using of the related information.

Revision and change of the policy for the protection of personal data

It is possible we alter the policy for protection of personal data if that is needed. When such an alteration occurs we will inform you by adding a message on the front page of the site where the alteration was made, by a notification of the given application for which it is related or via a message in your e-mail.
